It’s been 2 years. 2 years since me; Mercy Wish, my twin; Meadow Wish, my oldest sister; Storm Wish, and my youngest sister; River Wish went on a field trip with our entire high school and some of the middle school students. We took a cruise from California, and were heading toward New York. During our first night out at sea bad luck was already brought to us. A strong storm hit during that first night out at sea, which sent our boat out into the middle of nowhere. After many days our lives were fading away, there seemed to be absolutely no hope of survival. Suddenly things take a change, when all of us high school and middle school students find a rather large island that looks like it hasn’t been inhabited. Our cruise which we are no longer able to turn on slowly floats toward the island. When we get close enough to the island, all of us climb out of the boat and swim to the island shore. The teachers that tagged along during the field trip are no longer alive. With no guidance from adults the students have to nominate 4 high school students who will act as adults and lead everyone. My three sisters and I were nominated as the leaders. Everyone agrees to name the island after my family’s last name which results in the island’s official name being “Wish Island”. But there is a reason why my sisters and I were chosen as leaders; we are vampires. Before we came to the island we were already immortal, and much much stronger than the average high school student. There is also something strange about this island. Certain people cannot find Wish Island. Wish Island hides itself from some people and to others it reveals itself. Once you’re on the island, there is no way out. As we spend more and more time trapped on the island, we realize that the island brings powers to everyone who lives on it. No one ages, or get’s wrinkles; we are all stuck at the age we were before coming to the island. Everyone has developed a supernatural power, like mind reading or super speed. My sisters and I still remain the strongest living things on the island. Everyone is getting used to living on the island, and so far my sisters and I are doing a great job at leading but will we be able to maintain everything forever? Only time can reveal such answers.
